Allow CP owner to open chat with CP user

I like that my home CP has gone "public" via Monta so that others can benefit from it, but apparently there's no way to open a chat with whomever is using my CP. I'm not the chatty type, but it's relevant in case of issues with the charger (after charging has begun) or if I want to know when his/her car gets picked up.
A CP user can open a chat to CP owner, but not vice-versa.
