We don't have any partners selling this charge point yet, where did you buy it?

In the UK we get this installed through various companies. I don't think there is a particular selling partner per se. Also the electrician who installed mine I believe ordered it directly through EO. I can ask him if it would make it easier.
Furthermore, from my experience the support at EO is very good and I would imagine they'd be happy to work with you guys
