Would it be possible to implement a Time-out functionality for charges that hasn't drawn any power for an X amount of time? At the moment the fully charged cars are stil reserving a large amount of power though no power is flowing to the car, but it's restricting the other users to charge at a very low current.
By making a timeout function the "finished" charge can be closed (instead of a SuspendedEVSE) and the remaining capacity would be released the active charges.

Or at least make a function that limits the charger to 6A once it has been on a SuspendeEVSE status.
