I see that 2 years ago, this was 'in progress'. I have exactly the same issue now that JLR have upset every owner by withdrawing access to the car by third parties. Did the Sync EV1 ever get integrated? It doesnt appear in the list of supported devices.

Hi Ben. Thank you for the suggestion. We now support the BG SyncEV. Was that the model you are looking for? I'm unable to find the model version you have added in the screenshot.

Thanks Rune, that's great. I've had a look and BG SyncEV is the new name for the company that did my charger. It looks like they no longer offer my model, but it would be interesting to see if the integration for their new chargers happens to be backwards compatible. Is there any way that I can see if the BG SyncEV integration works for my charger?

Hi Ben. You can try and choose the BG SyncEV when adding your charger to Monta and see if it works. We haven't published the guide yet, but it will be available here once published: intercom.help/monta-aps

It looks like my older model is not working automatically, but I can see in the settings thay it is OCPP compatible. I called the SyncEV support and they said there's nothing they do on their side and it's all done from your end. Is that right? I assumed I'd have to go give an OCPP URL to SyncEV and they'd change the settings on my charger remotely, but maybe I'm misunderstanding!

Hi Ben. The OCPP url needs to be entered in the charger, which you can do via the SyncEV app. The url is ws://ocpp.monta.app. I will update once the guide is ready, as we have had some issues which SyncEV needed to fix.
