Wallbox Pulsar Plus MID integration

A Wallbox Pulsar Plus can integrate with a Carlo Gavazzi MID meter to be able to autoreport consumption for refund purposes. The MID in question is the Carlo Gavazzi EM340 with modpulse/ RS485 communication. Aside from that, it must be either the PFA or PFB variant (anything with a "PF" suffix). The PFA variant supports reverse power flow (for powering the house from the EV), where the PFB only supports power to the EV.
