My phev doesn't charge to 100% in smartchage. The reason seems to be that the battery percentage is not updated often enough for it to be correct when plugging in the car. This means that the charger råd the car as being 70% but actually it is 50%. This matters alot when you only have 15 kwh to run on electric. And I would prefer not to run in gasoline when possible.
