Nissan Leaf 2G closure

Nissan Leaf pre 2017 no longer have a 2G connection to Nissan as they have closed it. Charger locations and map updates appear to still work.
When adding the Leaf to My Vehicles it asks to 'Log into Nissan' which is now not possible. I do not know what happens in the app after that as I cannot continue.
