Open up the API for customers

Currently we periodically download detailed charging data and load the data in order to analyse usage patterns, and much more. Opening the API - even just in read mode - would make it possible to have more up to date information. If it was opened for both read and write, we could use it to compensate for some missing functionality about pricing in the app.
In the beginning you can just limit the amount of data that can be read from the API for this type of users until you establish the right scalability.
