Allow more than 100% for "Advanced spot price setting"

When you want to configure a dynamic price (Price Groups -> Settings -> Spot price tab -> Advanced Spot Price Settings) you can only go up to 100%.
But hey, we would like to be able to factor in the Monta fee and perhaps also earn a little bit of money that is not a fixed amount, so it should be possible to to go above 100%.
Please adjust the upper limit to 200% or 1000% or whatever. Just raise it so we have the flexibility we need.
This should be an easy one to fix.. :)
