Input format for costs (EUR/kWh) in 5 decimal places format

I would like to enter the cost EUR/kWh in a five decimal place format (e.g. 0,35889 EUR/kWh), when sponsored charginge is used. At the moment, input format is limited to 2 decimal places (e.g. 0,35 EUR/kWh). That makes a difference for employees, because now they get less refund, because the employer puts 0,35 in instead the possible maximum of 0,35889 (which is defined by authorities on an annual base)
