I have initially set the max charging level to 50%, and now I can't seem to change it - when I drag the slider up and then let go, I get an error message that I need to set this in the car itself, and the value just jumps back to 50%.
However, when I do that, the Monta app doesn't read the new limit from the car, it's still and always 50%.
This is very problematic, because this limit is used for the planned charging feature, severely limiting how much I can charge when I sleep.

To help localise the issue; could i get you to try to change the limit in your car, and then force shut the app.
Then open the app and check if the percentage has updated, and let me know if the issue still persist.
Alternatively try a "pull to refresh" on the Car details page

Hi Tobias, thank you for coming back. Unfortunately, neither action updates the limit in the Monta app 😥 I only did it through the Tesla app though, and the car isn't currently connected to a charger. I can repeat this later today on a charger, setting the limit inside the car.

Thanks, we will do some digging. Will get back to you as soon as i know more.
In the mean time i might be able to change your charging limit manually in our admin system. Can i help you by setting it to a specific percentage?
Jan Červený
Yes please, let's have it up to 90%. Thank you!

Done. Let me know if it didn't work.

I think now it picked up the limit from the last setting in the car... haha. But still better than 50%! Thanks

We finally found the bug that caused the issues. It was fixed yesterday, so now the charge limit you see in the app should reflect the limit from your car integration.
Let me know if the issue still persists.

Hi Tobias - I’ve changed the limit to 70% in the Tesla app, then went back to Monta app and pulled down in the car settings screen to update, but the limit is stuck on 84% - same as before :-(

Actually, it works! There's some 15 mins delay, that's why I reported it wasn't fixed. Great! Thank you! 😁

Hi Jan.
It's a bug that it's not updated when you change it in your car - i'll get our developers on it!
Also, we are creating a new options where you can override the limit from your car integration (in case you want a lower limit when charging). This option will be released in the next version of the app.
