Probably like many others, I only charge during the night. I always want my charger to start charging at 00.00 and stop at 7.00 - every time I plug the car in. This simple feature is impossible to achieve in the current Monta version and it is a bit annoying that I need to check the Monta planned charging every time it is plugged in to make sure it is not charging outside this window. Please add this. Thanks for the continued development.

Last update was in March/2022, and I cannot see the option in my Monta app ... is it still pending?
I mean, the request was to pre-configure a schedule as I understand it, not to set the schedule for every single charge session, right?

Hi Jesus
I believe the initial request was for something different, but i might be mistaken.

However, we are working on an update to the "auto-start" feature, that will allow you to predefine charging settings and use these every time your plug in your cable. E.g. always scheduling a charge from 01-05 when the cable is plugged.

The early designs are ready, and we'll look at starting development later this month or in march.

..and also possible to extend the charging so that it ends at pick-up time. PReferable if loading to 100%, because it is not good for the battery to wait too long thereafter before driving.

Alternatively install Home Assistant on a raspberry pi. Install an Easee (if thats your charger) plugin. And schedule it a start and stop in home assistant. Havent tested, but should work.

We acknowledge that the current solution is not catering well to the fixed scheduled charge.
We have begun redesigning the charging options to accommodate this.
As the roadmap looks now, we expect it to be released in 4-6 weeks.

Hi Bjørn. We are currently wrapping up the first take of the design, but expect to test it with users before it goes live to everyone. We will most likely launch it for Beta users initially - you can toggle 'Beta access' in your Settings if you want to get early access and help us test it.
As it looks now i hope to have a Beta version ready around late November / mid December.

Now 4 months later…? Any updates?
