Heyho, for the solar inverter integration we have a partner and it's currently not on there list. For the best possible experience we recommend Solar charging with a meter reader or Ct-clamps to make use of your surplus energy.

Feature request: Not sure if it’s possible, but I’d like to use Watts Live for fuse protection.

Heyho, it's right now not on our roadmap to support Watts Live. I have noted it down, but it's unlikely that it will come. To make most out of Solar charging and Fuse protection we recommend using SaveEye.

SolarCharge, die Integration mit Powerfox funktioniert nicht.
Beim Gerät verbinden (anmelden) mit richtigem Benutzername und richtigem Passwort erscheint die Meldung "Verbindung fehlgeschlagen, unbekannt". Bei der Powerfox- App kann ich mich mit den gleichen Anmeldedaten problemlos verbinden.

An der Wallbox liegt es nicht. Die alte Wallbox wurde gestern durch den Hersteller durch eine neue Wallbox ausgetauscht.

Hi, I see that FOX-ESS are not listed as a supported inverter on the app for Solar charge. Is that likely to change?

Heyho Clare, could you try if you find the fox inverters under FOXESS? Go to the Chargers Tab > three dots in the top right corner > Home features > Solar Charge > Inverter and just follow the flow. Cheers, Luka

I can not connect the ct clamp integration to the app to get readings. The ct clamp is fitted correctly. Please help. The message I get is saying the charger firmware needs updating but it is on the latest firmware

Heyho, as you have a SyncEv you might also have so called CT-Clamps set up? If so I can just straight head to the app and go to the charge point you want to connect. Open the Settings than click Home Integrations. Here you now can just follow the set up flow integrating your CT-Clamps.
