Heyho Clare, could you try if you find the fox inverters under FOXESS? Go to the Chargers Tab > three dots in the top right corner > Home features > Solar Charge > Inverter and just follow the flow. Cheers, Luka

I can not connect the ct clamp integration to the app to get readings. The ct clamp is fitted correctly. Please help. The message I get is saying the charger firmware needs updating but it is on the latest firmware

If it still doesn't work let me know what charge point model you have or send me directly the charge point ID (Charge Point Settings > Monta Connectivity > External ID) to luha@monta.com. Heyho, as you have a SyncEv you might also have so called CT-Clamps set up? If so I can just straight head to the app and go to the charge point you want to connect. Open the Settings than click Home Integrations. Here you now can just follow the set up flow integrating your CT-Clamps.
