Modify charge level when SmartCharge is used

When we connect the car to our home charger Monta automatically starts SmartCharge, with the values used last time, which mostly is great, but it would be great if you could change the "charge to level" on the fly, without having to cancel the current SmartCharge session, change it and start SmartCharge again
