As an existing Easee user I strongly advise you to consider how your app will preform in offline mode. Resent history has shown that smart charging can become very vulnerable when the backend crashes.
Make sure owners will be able to manually overide an start & stop of thair charges when offline.

We just moved the RFID Charge key feature out of Beta, and made it available to all users. This should enable you to add and use your Easee (and other) RFID tokens to manually start/stop your charge points when offline.

The RFID feature is now live for Beta users to test and give feedback. We will make sure it works as intended before releasing to everyone.
We would love for more people to test it out for us, so if you would like to join our Beta program and get access to the latest features, feel free to message us via the Support section in the app so we can add you.

We have managed to make android devices act as RFID card, and thereby can start the charge point offline. We continue the investigation for iOS also

This is indeed an issue. I'm thinking that the RFID chips seems to be only solution to bypass authorization. The massive breakdown easee had during christmas showed the weakness of their strategy (have all charge points talking to easee cloud, and operators talking to easee cloud)
Do you have any good ideas how this can be done, while giving a good user experience and being flexible
The NFC build into apple and google could be super sweet, but we need to run some tests if that will do the job
