One-shot scheduled charge

I use scheduled charge sometimes when prices are low at e.g. 2:00AM, it works fine.
However, if I just want to plug in the cable and charge immediately some days later, I have to open the app and select Charge Now.
It would be nice if scheduled charge could automatically revert to manual charge, maybe as an option.

My wife bugs me about this, she doesn't understand why the car isn't charged when she plugs in the cable.
It could be really simple:
1. If you want to do something advanced like SmartCharge, then prepare it in the app, and THEN plug in the cable.
2. If you just want to charge, simply plug in the cable (no app interaction needed).
